Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Refunds for marketplace items and third-party services are governed by the provider's own policy. Kemulate is not a party to those transactions.

Advertising fees are non-refundable once a campaign or sponsorship has begun, except as expressly agreed in writing.

Kemulate may issue refunds at its sole discretion. Granting a refund in one case does not obligate Kemulate to do so in any other.
