Sponsored, featured, or premium placement does not constitute endorsement, certification, or approval by Kemulate. Partner status does not imply that Kemulate has audited or verified any partner's qualifications, certifications, licenses, products, or services.

Kemulate may, at its discretion, modify rankings, visibility, placement, sponsorship opportunities, advertising inventory, partner categories, eligibility criteria, and pricing.

Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, profiles, and marketing materials and must keep them current.

Kemulate may suspend or remove any partner listing at any time, including for inaccuracy, complaints, regulatory concerns, or violations of these Terms.
