Kemulate does not guarantee qualifications, certifications, licenses, product quality, service quality, regulatory compliance, accuracy of listings, or outcomes of any transaction.

All agreements, contracts, payments, deliveries, warranties, and disputes are solely between users and providers. You should perform your own due diligence before purchasing or contracting.

Kemulate is not a party to marketplace disputes and is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve them, though we may take action under our Acceptable Use Policy.
