Data & Backup Policy

Kemulate stores and processes the content you upload as needed to provide the service, but Kemulate is not a backup service and should not be relied upon as one.

You are responsible for regularly exporting and maintaining independent backups of your formulas, documents, specifications, SOPs, batch records, reports, customer data, and all other business-critical information.

Recovery of deleted, corrupted, or lost information is not guaranteed. Backups may fail. Restoration may not be possible in all circumstances. Account deletion may permanently remove information.

Kemulate provides export tools where available. Use them on a regular schedule that matches the importance of your data.
